Tsuru Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar

Tsuru Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar at Abreeza was the second place we visited during our first day of DFAT 2013.  This is one of the places that we are really looking forward to visit because we haven't been to this branch yet.





We got to try their bestselling rolls and some new ones. When we ate at Tsuru before but we didn't order Sushis and so it was our first time to try it. The Sushis are artfully presented and merely looking at it is already a feast for the senses.

The chef or rather artist at work while we eagerly anticipated his masterpieces.



And here they are...

Godzilla Roll (P295) -A monster roll of ebi tempura with lettuce topped with tuna, salmon, mago avocado and finished with Tsuru's special sauces.

Tsuru Roll (P250)- A roll of Salmon, kani and cream cheese fried to a golden crisp then topped with tempura bits and teriyaki sauce.

Volcano Roll (P250) a fiery roll of salmon, spring onions, spicy oil, and mayo fried to perfection and finished with tsuru's special sauces.

Crazy Maki (P185) Kani stick tossed in Japanese mayo rolled over crunchy  tempura bits and topped with shreds of Kani.



It's hard to decide which among these  is our favorite because all of them are simply delicious!
