Chiyo Japanese Restaurant and Yakiniku House

Chiyo Japanese Restaurant recently re-invented their menu and wanted to focus on serving the best Yakiniku in town apart from the other Japanese delicacies. Yakiniku is a Japanese term which originally means grilled meat but  today, it commonly refers to a Japanese style of cooking bite-sized meat and vegetables over flame of wood charcoals or gas/electric grill.
 
Chiyo offers a wide array of Yakiniku selection such as the famous Wagyu Beef cuts, Pork Tenderloin, Pork Belly slices and exotic US beef Tongue and Beef Loves slices, Shrimps, Mackerel, Tuna, Salmon and other seafood and fresh vegetables.



 Ingredients are sourced locally except for the special meat cuts that they buy outside of the city.
Chiyo uses ventilated (Smokeless) grillers which sets it apart from the other resto. This is a plus point so the patrons won’t be bothered by the smoke coming from the grill and fear smelling of meat after dining.We got to try a few of their Yakiniku and we love the Wagyu Beef cuts.

Aside from the Yakiniku one should  not fail to check out the Ramen. Ramen choices are Shoyu (Soy Sauce), Shio (Salt), Miso (Miso) Ramen at around Php180-200 per serving. These can be served with Pork, Chicken, Beef and Seafood. We tried out the three and we personally prefer the Shio Ramen with Beef. The noodles are freshly made that is why they are soo oishi!



Each diner is treated to a warm ambiance and comfortable plush seating perfect for dates with your loved ones. A complimentary Kani Salad is also served which is a perfect appetizer!

We can't wait to come back at Chiyo and fortunately is very near our subdivision as it is located in West JBT Plaza Lanang.
